Customized Orders
Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns for customized or made by order products due to the unique nature of our customization process. Customized items are tailored to your specific requirements and, as such, cannot be resold to other customers.

Manufacturing Defects or Damage:
In the unlikely event that your order exhibits any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We take product quality seriously and are committed to resolving such issues promptly.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. To expedite the process, kindly provide photographs or detailed descriptions of the issue, along with your order number.

Upon verification of the issue, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

Replacement: We will provide you with a new product that matches your original order specifications.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount.

Incorrect Order:
In the rare event that your order does not match your original specifications, please get in touch with our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will investigate the matter and work diligently to resolve the issue.
If it is determined that an error was made on our part, we will offer you the following solutions:

Correction: We will take necessary steps to rectify the mistake and provide you with the correct product.
Refund: If we are unable to correct the error, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
