Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FORMA, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before any processing, procurement, or production activities have commenced. Eligible cancellations within this period will receive a full refund.

After 24 hours from the time of purchase, cancellation requests may still be considered at FORMA's sole discretion. However, any approved refund will be subject to deductions for:

  • Payment gateway and transaction processing fees

  • Bank transfer charges and administrative fees

  • Design, consultation, or planning costs already incurred

  • Procurement, sourcing, shipping, or handling expenses

  • Any other costs incurred by FORMA in relation to the order

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded using the original payment method.

Customized, Made-to-Order & Special Orders

Due to the unique nature of customized and made-to-order furniture, these orders are subject to special conditions.

Customized, made-to-order, specially sourced, or bespoke products cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production, procurement, material sourcing, or preparation has commenced.

By placing an order for a customized or made-to-order product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Production may begin immediately after order confirmation.

  • Materials may be purchased specifically for the order.

  • The product is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.

  • Such products cannot be resold to other customers.

If a cancellation request is received after production, procurement, or preparation has started, FORMA reserves the right to retain part or all of the amount paid to cover:

  • Manufacturing costs

  • Materials and components purchased

  • Labor and production expenses

  • Design and engineering work

  • Logistics and procurement costs

  • Administrative and operational expenses

In certain cases, the full payment may be non-refundable if the incurred costs equal or exceed the amount paid.

Returns

Customized, made-to-order, bespoke, and specially sourced products are not eligible for return unless they are found to have manufacturing defects, transit damage, or do not match the approved order specifications.

Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the defect or damage

  • A detailed description of the issue

Upon verification, FORMA may offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement

We will replace the defective or damaged product with a new product matching the original order specifications.

Refund

If replacement is not possible or practical, we will issue a refund for the affected item or the full purchase amount, as applicable.

Incorrect Orders

If the delivered product does not match the specifications approved by the customer, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

After reviewing the claim, if the discrepancy is determined to be the result of an error by FORMA, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Correction

We will take the necessary steps to correct the issue and provide the product according to the approved specifications.

Refund

If correction is not possible, a refund will be issued for the affected product.

General Conditions

  • All claims and return requests must be submitted within the timeframes stated above.

  • Products must remain in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment processing fees, bank charges, and other non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.

  • FORMA reserves the right to inspect, assess, and validate all claims before approving any replacement, correction, or refund.

  • FORMA reserves the right to review each cancellation, return, and refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with FORMA, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the provisions relating to customized and made-to-order products.
